Less than 24 hours after the ghastly accident involving the playing body and technical team of Kumasi Asante Kotoko, details are emerging that a Kumasi-based prophet, Prophet Reindolf Oduro Gyebi warned the team about the disaster.
The Prophet who is the General overseer of God’s Crown Chapel has revealed that he warned the club ahead of time but his warning was ignored hence the catastrophe.
The Eagle Prophet who prophesied the Kintampo Falls disaster in which more that 20 revelers perished says he advised a top Management Member about an impending disaster should the team return to Kumasi after the match against Inter Allies in Accra the same day.
According to him, he urged them to sleep in Accra after the match and make the journey the following day to avert any disaster but his warning was ignored.
He added that the Management Member in question who is downhearted after the disaster has being texting him since yesterday asking him to intercede on his behalf and ask for God’s forgiveness for him.
“I had a prophesy that something terrible was going to happen to the team on their way back to Kumasi after Wednesday’s game so I prompted a key member of the management team to inform him about the prophesy.
“In fact I specifically told them not to return to Kumasi after the game because of the devil’s plan but they didn’t listen and decided to return to Kumasi in the night.
“I called that management around 4pm whiles the game was ongoing to inform him about it and advised the team to sleep in Accra after the game.”
