Mr Agyapong made the assertion in an interview with BBC on Tuesday, 29th January 2019 when he was quizzed on why he failed to report Anas and colleagues to the police if indeed they were criminals.
But the outspoken legislator defiantly revealed that he failed to do so because he does not trust the police.
“I don’t trust the police; read my lips. I don’t trust the police. I am doing better investigations than even the police. I don’t, I have a lot of evidence but don’t share with anybody. I will serialise it for Ghanaians to see who Anas is and I am not afraid to die.
He vehemently and stubbornly defended his decision to publish images of the deceased as according to him Anas and colleagues are not special beings.
