Former President John Dramani Mahama has thrown some shades at false prophets in the country.

Although the former leader is a known Christian, it remains unclear what has prompted him to take solace in the holy scriptures at this critical moment of his political career.

Quoting from 2 Corinthians 11:13-15, Mr Mahama wrote: “For such men are false apostles, deceitful workers, disguising themselves as apostles of Christ. No wonder, for even Satan disguises himself as an angel of light.

“Therefore it is not surprising if his servants also disguise themselves as servants of righteousness, whose end will be according to their deeds.”

Mr Mahama is seeking to lead the country again on the ticket of the National Democratic Congress(NDC) after the party performed woefully under his wacth in the 2016 elections.
