The Ghana Police Service has confirmed the death of the three missing Takoradi girls.

The news was confirmed at a Press briefing on the four kidnapped girls at Takoradi by the Acting IGP, Mr James Oppong-Boanuh.

Mr James Oppong-Boanuh indicated that the DNA test carried out on the human parts found on a property previously occupied by the suspected kidnapper have been confirmed to be that of the three girls who went missing in Takoradi.

According to him, they have already communicated the findings of the DNA to the families and have further expressed their condolences.

The three missing Takoradi girls include 18-year-old Ruth Love Quayeson, last seen on 4 December 2018; 21-year-old Priscilla Blessing Bentum, last seen on 17 August 2018; and 18-year-old Priscilla Mantebea Koranchie, last seen on 21 December 2018.
