The Bantamahene, Baffour Owusu Amankwaatia IV has been fined 46 rams by the Manhyia Palace.
The fine which is to be used to appease the Asantehene, Otumfour Osei Tutu II, is expected to be paid within one week or the Bantamahene risks been destooled by the overload of the Ashanti Kingdom.
The Bantamahene was said to have forcefully taken over parts of the Race Course land for the construction of shops.
He had also filled portions of the Subin River with sand and diverted its course.
Baffour Owusu Amankwaatia IV was summoned to the Manhyia Palace for trespassing on land belonging to the Asantehene.
He was subsequently found guilty of trespassing lands belonging to the King and diverting the course of the Subin River for private gain last week.
The said lands which were being developed have since been demolished by the KMA by the order of the Asantehene, Otumfuo Osei Tutu II.
