Two stalwarts of the ruling New Patriotic Party(NPP), Peter Mac Manu and Deputy Minister of Trade and Industry, Carlos Ahenkorah, have tested positive for COVID-19.
The two have reportedly been admitted at the Intensive Care Unit of the Korle Bu Teaching Hospital in Accra.
Already, the party has lost Kwadwo Owusu Afriyie another stalwart who passed away yesterday after testing positive for Coronavirus.
He passed away on Wednesday night at the Korle Bu Teaching Hospital in Accra.
Sir John who until his demise was the Chief Executive Officer of the Forestry Commission passed away due to complications of the disease.
