Ghana’s Airports To Be Reopened On September 1 – Kweku Baako

Editor-in-chief of the New Crusading Guide Abdul Malik Kweku Baako has revealed that there are indications the airports in the country will be opened by September 1, 2020.

According to the veteran journalist, the decision to reopen the airports is to allow Ghanaians in the diaspora to register for the voters ID.

Speaking on Newsfile, Mr. Baako opined that he is reliably informed that the decision that has been in that regard will however not affect the three land borders.

“In doing some checks within the corridors of power, hint dropped into my ears possibly, the airports might be reopened 1st September. The land borders will remain closed” Veteran Journalist said.

On Saturday, March 21, President Nana Akufo-Addo announced the closure of the country’s borders effective Sunday, March 22.
