Lumumba Lists Akufo-Addo Among 4 Ghanaians Who Should Be Unionised

Renowned and eloquent Kenyan legal practitioner, Professor Patrick Loch Otieno Lumumba, has singled of Ghana’s current President Nana Addo Danquah Akufo-Addo for praise.

According to the Director of the Kenya School of Laws, President Akufo-Addo deserves to serve in unionised African state.

Speaking on Sunday Night in an interview on Asaase FM, he told Kweku Sakyi Addo that President Akufo-Addo meets the standards to be nominated.

The anti-corruption campaigner also listed Ghana’s first President, Dr. Kwame Nkrumah, former President Jerry John Rawlings, and educationist James Emman Kwegyir Aggrey to be among his elite selection.

According to him, the four Ghanaian personalities on any day will qualify to work in his government.

On his top African presidents in history for the last 100 years, he listed Dr. Kwame Nkruamah as the first followed by former Tanzania Politician, Julius Nyerere.

The rest are former President of South Africa, Nelson Mandela; former President of Mozambique, Samora Machel; first Prime Minister of the Democratic Republic of the Congo, Patrice Lumumba; former President of Mali, Modibo Keita, former President of Guinean, Sekou Toure; former President of Egypt, Gamel Abdul-Nasser; former Emperor of Ethiopia Haile Selassie, former President of Zambia, Kenneth Kaunda; former President of Botswana, Seretse Khama, former President of Nigeria, Olusegun Obasanjo and former President Jerry John Rawlings.
