The court is scheduled to rule on the disputed Sene West parliamentary results.
GhanaXtra.Com’s Bono East Regional Correspondent, Elton Aboagye, reports that the premises of the court have been taken over by the military ahead of the verdict.
Meanwhile, some bigwigs of both the NDC and the NPP are present at the court.
The New Patriotic Party (NPP)’s parliamentary candidate for Sene West, Joseph Markay Kuma, placed an injunction on the election after he expressed dissatisfaction with electoral irregularities in the constituency.
The party requested an injunction on the declaration of the parliamentary results in order to review the outcomes of the elections in the constituency.
