There is drama in the august house of Parliament as Members of Parliament-elect belonging to the National Democratic Congress(NDC) have taken over the majority side in the house.
The members have moved to the chamber en-bloc and are seated at the majority side against the standing orders in the house.
The move by the MPs-elect comes as a surprise considering the fact that the NDC has 136 seats, with the NPP having 137 seats a number that makes it impossible for any claim of majority in parliament by the NDC.
It remains unclear how the issue will be settled as it looks like the NDC MPs-elect will not leave their seats without a fight.
