Former Member of Parliament (MP) for Tamale Central, Inusah Fuseini, is in the grips of the Criminal Investigations Department assisting in investigations.
The grilling of the former legislator follows comments he made on national television last year after the December election.
The order for Inusah Fuseini to avail himself to the CID was given by the Kaneshie Magistrate District Court presided over by Ama Adomako- Kwakye.
This was after State Prosecutor, Inspector Richard Amoah made a request for criminal summon.
He argued that the criminal summons was necessitated by the accused person’s refusal to cooperate with the police.
