The dream of former National Democratic Congress(NDC) Member of Parliament for the Kumbungu Constituency, Ras Mubarak to represent the Northern on the Council of State has ended on a bad note.

Ras Mubarak who was seeking to pick the sole slot to represent the people of the Northern region failed to materialised as he garnered zero votes.
