A 15-year-old footballer in Walewale in the North East region who sustained a head injury during a football match has passed away.
The deceased, Linus Issahaku until his demise played for Division Two Side, Catholic Stars FC.
Linus Issahaku reportedly suffered from a cerebral hemorrhage following a clash with an opponent during a football match.
Saddick Obama who broke the news on his Twitter page said the condition of the deceased was diagnosed by doctors at Tamale Teaching Hospital.
